On a beautiful April day almost two years ago, I left home with my American Express card to go to our local Costco to do a simple errand. Much to my surprise, and literally out of the blue, I was hit head-on by an out of control SUV traveling in the opposing traffic that had become airborne, crossed the median, and forcefully hit my car.
